After the establishment and management of the Jordanian Judicial Institute in 1988, and the establishment and management of the Higher Institute of Legal and Judicial Sciences in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates in 1996, Dr. Mufleh decided establishing Qudah Law Academy. Dr. Mufleh pointed that "the Academy will provide the local market with several important practical courses aiming to developing the skills of law students, lawyers and legal advisors. It will also present several important courses for business owners and shareholders for providing legal information and its practical applications that will benefit the participants in the courses and the local market".
