Mohammad Mufleh El-Qudah is the Managing Partner and the head of the firm's corporate practice group in Amman, Jordan.

Prior to joining Qudah Law Firm, Mohammad worked as a Senior Legal Consultant with DLA Piper's Dubai office, Mohammad also worked with DAMA Ventures Ltd, as Head of Legal Affairs. Mohammad has advised hundreds of public and private joint stock companies, limited liability companies, free zone and offshore companies on their establishment, corporate governance, shareholdings, structuring and restructuring, financing and management.

Mohammad played an active role in a number of major projects including in a number of important initial public offerings (IPOs), merger and acquisition transactions, equity finance and corporate restructuring transactions.

Mohammad was assigned to manage and direct the DAMA Ventures legal and compliance department, in charge of the overall group’s legal issues, handling and monitoring the subsidiaries overall legal and compliance matters, and liaising with leading legal institutions in relation to the group’s legal issues.

His role included advising, reviewing and preparing contracts in relation to local and international transactions covering a diverse range of areas including management arrangements, joint ventures, shareholders agreements, (acquisition) sale and purchase agreements, employment agreements, insurance contracts, trade name licensing agreements, consultancy agreements and telecommunications interconnection agreements.

He also advised on the laws and regulations of the Dubai International Financial Centre as well as the laws and compliance regulations of the Telecommunications Regulatory Commission of Jordan and the National Telecom Corporation of Sudan.

• Acted for and advised DAMA Ventures Ltd in connection with corporate restructuring of its business in the Middle East.

• Acted for and advised the founders of Gulf Navigation Holding PJSC (Formerly Gulf Navigation Company LLC which was the first limited liability company to be converted into a public joint stock company in the UAE, where the founders' contribution was purely in kind with no cash subscription).

• Acted for and advised the founders of Mada'in Real Estate Company PrJSC in connection with the incorporation and private placement in the size of AED 500 million.

• Acted for and advised Knowledge Horizon Limited, a Cayman Islands company with offices and affiliates in Dubai (UAE), India, Jordan, Oman, in connection with a private placement exercise of 24% of its shareholding with Al Fahim Group.

• Acted for and advised MKM Commercial Holdings in connection with the purchase of the assets of Seaquest Yachts, UK.

• Acted for and advised Honeywell International in relation to corporate restructuring of its business in the Middle East region.

• Acted for and advised one of the major real estate companies in connection with legal due diligence and listing on the Dubai International Financial Exchange (DIFX).
